3 Day Tarangire & Ngorongoro Safari

Day-by-Day
Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, your professional safari guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha for a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park (approximately 2–3 hours).
Tarangire National Park is well known for its large elephant herds, consisting of a diversity of landscapes, from seasonal swamps to savanna with the Tarangire River wending its way through the parklands. It is possible that we will have the experience of seeing a lion stalking his prey or leopards watching whilst relaxing in the trees above.
Once the game drives are done, we will drive to your lodge for relaxation, dinner and our overnight stay.

Day 2: Tarangire – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at the crater rim and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views before descending into the crater for a half-day game drive.
After brunch, continue with a game drive en route toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The journey itself is a safari experience, with wildlife often seen along the way.
Arrive at your lodge near the crater rim in the late afternoon, where cooler highland temperatures and stunning views await.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Area – Return to Arusha
After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater — one of Africa’s most unique wildlife ecosystems.
The Ngorongoro National Park constitutes the largest uninterrupted caldera in the world and is classified as one of the natural wonders of Africa.
Because of its natural enclosure, wildlife viewing here is exceptional and concentrated, offering one of the best chances to spot the Big Five in a single day.
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater before ascending and driving back to Arusha in the afternoon.
