Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you with immigration formalities and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha. Take the rest of the day to relax and acclimatize to your surroundings, preparing for the adventure ahead.

After breakfast, depart from Arusha and embark on a scenic drive to Lake Natron, a journey that offers stunning views of the Tanzanian landscape. Upon arrival, settle into your accommodation and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, taking in the serene beauty of the lake and its surroundings.

Today is dedicated to exploring the unique ecosystem of Lake Natron. Take a guided walk along the shores of the lake, marveling at the vibrant pink hues caused by the presence of microorganisms. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit nearby waterfalls and observe the diverse birdlife that inhabits the area.

Bid farewell to Lake Natron as you journey towards the iconic Serengeti National Park. En route, enjoy a game drive through the park’s central region, where you’ll have the chance to spot a variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, and giraffes. Arrive at your lodge in the heart of the Serengeti and relax as you soak in the breathtaking views of the African savannah.

Spend the next two days immersing yourself in the vastness of the Serengeti, renowned for its spectacular wildlife sightings and annual Great Migration. Embark on morning and afternoon game drives, traversing the plains in search of the Big Five and witnessing the awe-inspiring sight of thousands of wildebeests and zebras on their epic journey.

Continue your exploration of the Serengeti’s central region, taking in the diverse landscapes and abundant wildlife. With the guidance of experienced safari guides, uncover hidden gems and witness memorable wildlife encounters that will leave you in awe of nature’s wonders.

Depart from the Serengeti and journey towards the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most iconic natural wonders. Descend into the crater for a game drive, where you’ll have the opportunity to encounter an array of wildlife, including rhinos, lions, and hippos. Later, continue to Lake Eyasi, where you’ll spend the night surrounded by the tranquility of the lake.

Embark on a cultural adventure as you join the Hadzabe tribe for a hunting excursion, gaining insight into their traditional way of life and survival techniques. Afterwards, visit a nearby Datoga village to learn about their customs and traditions. In the evening, unwind with a leisurely bike ride, culminating in a picturesque sundowner experience by Lake Eyasi.

Bid farewell to Lake Eyasi and embark on the journey back to Arusha. Upon arrival, spend the rest of the day at leisure, perhaps indulging in some souvenir shopping or exploring the vibrant local markets.

Today, embark on a scenic excursion to the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. Visit the Materuni Waterfalls, where you can take a refreshing dip in the natural pools and enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding rainforest. Continue to the Kikulekwa Hot Springs for a relaxing soak before returning to Arusha for your final night in Tanzania.

After breakfast, bid farewell to Tanzania as you transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward journey. Depart with cherished memories of your unforgettable safari and cultural experiences in the heart of East Africa.

Additional notes:

  • Your first day on safari requires you to pay extra attention to both our company’s recommendations and the visitor regulations for the national parks.
  • Except for in officially designated sites, it is strictly prohibited to exit the vehicle during the safari. Large fines for the company and even the loss of its license may result from violations of this provision.
  • Off-road driving is also not allowed because such actions could seriously upset the delicate ecosystem’s balance.
  • You are permitted to smoke during the safari, but you must take special care to put out and dispose of cigarette butts because they frequently start fires in the savanna.
  • Furthermore, we respectfully request that you do not place your feet on the safari cars’ seats or sit in the back of them, as this type of behavior quickly renders the vehicles unusable.
